Rocchetta Mansion
Imagine walking through a solid wooden door with wrought-iron accents, typical of the historic center. Climbing a centuries-worn stone staircase to the first floor, you'll discover a world where the Middle Ages and contemporary art coexist with natural elegance.
The entrance leads directly into the large living room (approximately 55-60 square meters), the beating heart of the home. A fireplace awaits: fire here isn't an optional extra, it's an event.
And then, almost unreal, to the left of the living room stands the ancient medieval watchtower incorporated into the apartment. The original arrow slits have been transformed into narrow windows that provide an almost cinematic light.

Rocchetta Mansion,
via della sibilla 26
• Two very spacious and bright bedrooms (both 18-22 sq m), one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, the other overlooking a charming, quiet internal courtyard.
• An antique-style kitchen with a gas stove and a large window that illuminates the room (connected to the living room by a stone arch).
• A master bathroom with a shower, resin tile, and light marble.
The flooring elegantly alternates antique terracotta in the historic areas with warm parquet in the bedrooms. The dominant colors are warm stone grays, dove grays, beiges, and hints of sage green or midnight blue.
